It now works with sound thanks to libmikmod update from Salass00.

I've included Joystick support for player 1.

You can play with 2 players for more fun but the second one will have to use keyboard.

The final display can be changed:

- Scanline (2x native resolution)

- Scale 2x (2x native resolution), this is default

- Scale 3x (3x native resolution)

- Native resolution (320x256)

You can also choose to play fullscreen.
